Refund and Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling
You can reschedule a booking once at no charge if you tell me at least 24 hours before the pooja, subject to my availability.
Cancellation by you
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the pooja, any advance you paid will be refunded, less any costs already incurred for samagri or travel that cannot be reused. Cancellations made within 24 hours may not be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation by me
If I am unable to attend your pooja, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid, or the option to reschedule.
How refunds are made
Refunds are sent to the original payment method or account within 5 to 7 working days of the cancellation being confirmed.
